Can XRPL.systems access my wallet or private keys?
No. XRPL.systems is not a custodial service. We do not store, request, or control your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access. All signing actions are performed through your own wallet application.
What should I do if a payment was sent but the service did not continue?
Contact support and provide the transaction hash, payment amount, payment time, selected service, and the wallet address used. This helps us verify the payment and investigate the issue faster.
